The Austro-Hungarian occupation and administration of Peja its environs from December 7, 1915, to October 12, 1918, for almost three years, was accompanied by important political, military, economic, social, cultural-educational developments, within the framework World War I. This territory Kosovo strategic importance Austria-Hungary, in particular Albanians, their political aspirations, social cultural development. These years were characterized multidimensional events phenomena, which started with an Albanian-Montenegrin confrontation ended same way Albanian-Austro-Hungarian armed confrontation.
